Chairman’s Message:
Mr. Narendra Sadineni (Rtd., Indian Army) , a stalwart and a person of high
stature, has a perfect blend of Intellectual Accomplishments, Professional Excellence,
Leadership and Entrepreneurship. Worked in Indian defence for many years and participated in
kargil war, Mr.Narendra has invaluable experience in end to end process in defence training and
coaching and best known for producing excellent results. At a very young age, Mr. Narendra
started his entrepreneurial career by establishing his own defence academy, which had
grown from strength to strength under his diligent visionary. Mr.Narendra is well known in Army
circles for many years.
There are several opportunities based on 10th and Intermediate and many exams has to be
written to grab the opportunities. An organised coaching and disciplinary training is required to
pass these exams and excel in life. As we all of know software, IT and finance sectors are
struggling a lot for job & career opportunities. After passing 10 th or inter, there are many
opportunities in defence, Railways, Police, Insurance, Banking and various status and central
government jobs with a very lucrative starting salary of 30,000-40,000/ month. To grab jobs in
these various sectors one requires a specific coaching and training along with intermediate or
degree, this is where NEIDA has been helping students for over a decade to place in jobs while
studying Intermediate or degree.
Director & Vice-Chairman’s Message:
Mr. Vidyadhar Gottipati, brings in rich experience of working over 15 years in
IT and finance sectors. Being British National, he worked in more than 10 countries and
researched educational system across various countries in the Europe and Asia.
Today, as the Director, he is here to encourage the college with a great vision to transform the
NEIDA. In this connection, it is no exaggeration to state that he strives to lay a
stronger foundation for character building, personality development, communication skills of
students, besides paving the way for their bright future.
There’s a general belief that students may not get good intermediate marks when the college
concentrates also in defence coaching, But that’s not always correct. With the help of good time
organization and specialised coaching we always try to match the intermediate results with any
other corporate college and along with that most of our students are placed in jobs by the time
intermediate or degree is finished. At NEIDA, we offer a very pleasant academic environment in
a 15-acre campus with all facilities and only take limited members in each class to put more
concentration on every student. This helps student to get good marks in academics but also
student is placed in job at a very young age of less than 20 years.

Students who are aspiring career at defence or other central government jobs, they should take
the decision at very early stage, those who gets jobs while pursuing intermediate or degree make
their own life and parents’ life very comfortable. Those who wanted to study further (Degree, PG,
MBA, MCA…etc) can also purse studies while serving in defence. After retirement also, they can
get jobs easily based on defence reservation quota while availing the medical benefits. The
children of ex-defence also avail the benefits. So Instead of spending time, money and efforts on
courses which offer no assurance on career or job, it’s always better for students to take up
promising courses which offers assurance on job with less time and expense.
